Nimbu Thokku or Lemon Tokku is a type of dry chutney prepared using raw lemon (nimbu), green chili and fenugreek seeds. This Nimbu Thokku or chutney is mouth-wateringly delicious, and quite popular in North Karnataka, and can be stored and used like pickle.
